Our visit to Sinai Academy
Last week we visited the Sinai Academy in bloubergrant
When we got there the boys put on a kippah and got separated from the girls. In the synagogue by a wall of trees and read their Bible from back to front.And most of the words were in Hebrew. And we noticed outside of the door was a scroll called a mezuzah.
We had challah bread with the Jewish children and we also had some grape juice. And when we started to eat.The Jewish children said a prayer in Hebrew.and showed a video on Shabbat works. we tried to do Shabbat and they lit nine candles. We began to eat the bread and drink the grape juice.The bread was delicious same with the grape juice.
I enjoyed the morning at Sinai Academy and I respect their religions.And there special days.
